How to ship using DECHI DROP POINT

Register an account and create your DECHI’s User ID. Then you can login and
get our China warehouse’s address. Please add into your China online shopping platform before you order and make payment. Lastly, upload the tracking number to DECHI’s website.

REGISTER > ADD WAREHOUSE ADDRESS > ORDER AND MAKE PAYMENT > UPLOAD TRACKING NUMBER

I uploaded my tracking number, and there haven’t been any update for more than a day. What should I do?

It might had some scanning error at China warehouse,  please Whatsapp our customer service the tracking number details for further action.

Cargo Insurance provided?

No. we didnt reimburse any parcels that damaged in transit.

but we do reimburse 100% (RMB) of parcel lost or stolen after received by our China warehouse

What payment methods are available?

CASH / BOOST / MAE / ONLINE TRANSFER

PAY ONLY UPON COLLECTION OF PARCELS.

Once parcel arrived China’s warehouse, it will ship out to Kota Kinabalu automatically.

Once your parcel arrived DECHI DROP POINT and ready to be collect, you will receive notification via sms.

How much does it cost to ship a parcel?

  • No grouping
  • No minimum order
  • By size, not by weight
  • Small parcel, 21.5cm x 21.5cm x 21.5cm, <0.009m3【RM5/ parcel】
  • Big parcel RM650/m3
  • Pay according to your parcel’s size (m3)

Do you offer parcel wrapping?

Our China warehouse didn’t provide any services for repacking and wood frame.

please request seller for parcel’s packing reinforcement.
